These SMS Terms govern the RIGSITE text-message program operated by Skyware LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
RIGSITE sends transactional lead-notification text messages to business owners who subscribe to a RIGSITE website and opt in to be notified. These are service alerts — for example, a text letting you know your website received a new lead or contact-form submission — not marketing or promotional messages.
When you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from RIGSITE at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can subscribe to and use a RIGSITE website without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your website (for example, how many leads or contact-form submissions you receive).
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan — RIGSITE does not charge you for the text messages themselves.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any RIGSITE message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages.
